Sartorius BCE224-1S Entris II Essential Analytical Balance

The Sartorius BCE224-1S is a 220 g × 0.0001 g analytical balance from the Entris II Essential line, made for everyday weighing in labs, QC rooms, production and stock rooms. A German-engineered monolithic weigh cell, a typical stabilization time of 1.5 seconds and an LED touch interface with 12 built-in applications make routine weighing fast and simple.

Successor to the Sartorius ENTRIS224-1S and PRACTUM224-1S

The BCE224-1S replaces the first-generation Sartorius Entris ENTRIS224-1S. It keeps the same 220 g × 0.0001 g range and adds the LED touch display, a USB-C port next to RS232 and more applications. If you are replacing an ENTRIS224-1S, this is the model to choose.

It is also the model we recommend in place of the discontinued Sartorius Practum 224-1S (PRACTUM224-1S), which Sartorius has taken out of production.

The BCE224-1S calibrates with an external weight. The BCE224i-1S adds isoCAL internal calibration that adjusts automatically when the temperature changes. The BCE224-1NUS is the NTEP-approved, legal-for-trade version. All share the 220 g × 0.0001 g range.
