Payments

  • MNM Scales accepts PayPal, Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover (all major credit cards)
  • Orders may also be paid by personal or corporate check.
  • Purchase Orders are accepted with official company PO.
  • Private companies and organizations are welcome to apply for open account by calling or emailing MNM Scales for a credit application.

Delivery

  • All orders placed before 1:00 p.m. CST are processed within 24 hours and will typically ship in 1 day.
  • For expedite shipping please contact us by phone or email.
  • We provide a tracking number after item has been shipped.
  • We accept local pick up.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

  • MNM Scales must be notified within 30 days of delivery of any returns or exchanges.
  • MNM Scales must be notified prior to any returns and a RGA number must be issued prior to returning any products.
  • Customer is responsible for any freight charges for any returns that are not warranty related (both ways).
  • All warranty related returns will be replaced at no charge to the customer by the manufacturers during warranty period.
  • All returns must be packed in the original manufacturers packaging materials and box, new and unused and must include all of the relevant literature.
  • Returns that are not exchanged for other products may incur a 20% restocking charge.
  • Used equipment cannot be returned under any circumstances.

International Orders

  • MNM Scales ships all international orders via UPS, DHL, USPS or through customers' freight carrier of choice. Please contact us for international orders.
  • Please contact MNM Scales for freight quotations.
  • MNM Scales does not accept credit card payments for companies that do not have a presence inside the United States. You can wire transfer or deposit a check, we also accept PayPal that you can pay by credit card.
