The APM-30 shipping scale is a portable UWE / Intelligent Weighing bench for packing tables that ship small cartons and still need legal-for-trade paperwork. This listing is 60 lb × 0.02 lb (30 kg × 0.01 kg). The stainless platter is 11 × 13 in on an ABS housing that weighs about 13.4 lb.

Use the APM-30 shipping scale when you charge postage or parcel fees on lighter boxes. The APM family is covered by NTEP Certificate 03-055 and Measurement Canada AM-5544. High-resolution lb:oz PM versions are a different, non-NTEP option and are not this listing.

A kitchen scale is not a shipping scale. Pallet freight needs a floor scale. Heavier cartons belong on a 150 lb APM-60 or an A&D FG shipping bench. The 1 in backlit LCD can sit on the platform, on an optional pillar, or on a wall with the supplied cable. Power is the built-in rechargeable battery or the included AC adapter. Run time is about 150 hours with the backlight off. Stabilization is under 1.5 seconds.
