The A&D Weighing GX-8000 was the highest-capacity model in A&D’s GX series. It weighs up to 8100 g in 0.1 g steps on a 165 × 165 mm pan, calibrates itself with a motor-driven internal weight, and settles in about one second. A&D has discontinued the GX series and lists the GX-10001A as the GX-8000’s successor.
