A&D HL-3000WP Washdown Compact Scale: 3000 g × 1 g

The A&D Weighing HL-3000WP is the standard-pan model in A&D’s HL-WP series of washdown compact scales. It weighs up to 3000 g / 6.6 lb in 1 g / 0.002 lb steps on a 128 × 128 mm stainless steel pan, with an all-stainless IP65 housing that can be washed after use.

Three keys (On/Off, Zero, Units) keep operation simple. Six AA batteries (not included) give about 200 hours of use, and an optional AC adapter is available. The HL-WP series is NSF listed for food service and HACCP programs.

Is the A&D HL-3000WP waterproof?

Yes. It is IP65 rated and can be washed down when running on batteries. The optional AC adapter is not waterproof.

HL-3000WP vs. HL-3000LWP?

Same 3000 g × 1 g scale. The HL-3000LWP has a larger 174 × 137 mm pan; the HL-3000WP has a 128 × 128 mm pan.

Does it come with batteries?

No. It uses 6 AA batteries (not included), about 200 hours on alkalines.
