The A&D Weighing SK-5001WP is the 5 kg, 1 g model in A&D’s SK-WP series of washdown portion scales. It weighs up to 5000 g in 1 g steps, is IP65 rated and NSF listed, and is built in stainless steel for wet, busy kitchens and processing lines.

The curved pan holds food without an extra container, and the temperature-compensated load cell works next to ovens and in refrigerated rooms. Two-button operation keeps it simple.
