The A&D Weighing GX-6001A is the 6.2 kg, 0.1 g model in A&D’s Apollo GX-A series of precision balances. It weighs up to 6200 g in 0.1 g steps and calibrates itself with a built-in weight when the temperature changes or at set times.

Replaces the A&D GX-6000

The A&D GX-6001A replaces the A&D GX-6000 (6100 g × 0.1 g), which A&D has discontinued. It keeps 0.1 g readability and internal calibration and adds capacity (6200 g) and USB.

A&D’s Smart-SHS sensor gives readings in about 1 second in fast mode. Impact shock detection warns about and logs heavy drops, and password protection supports 11 users and an administrator.
