Description

The FXi-02 (FXi02) adds a USB port to FX-i and FZ-i balances. The PC sees the balance as a keyboard, so each time you press PRINT the reading is typed into whatever program is open, such as Excel, Word or a LIMS entry field. Communication is one-way: the balance sends data, but the PC cannot send commands back.

Install the option in the balance option slot, connect to the PC, and set the data output format in the balance function table. For two-way PC control, use the RS-232C port or the FXi-08 Ethernet option instead.
