The A&D Weighing GX-4002A (GX4002A) is the 4 kg, 0.01 g model in A&D’s Apollo GX-A series of precision balances. It weighs up to 4200 g in 0.01 g steps and calibrates itself with a built-in weight when the temperature changes or at set times.

Replaces the A&D GX-4000

A&D has discontinued the GX-4000, and the GX-4002A is its successor. A&D’s Smart-SHS sensor gives readings in about 1 second in fast mode. Impact shock detection warns about and logs heavy drops, and password protection supports 11 users and an administrator.
